We prioritize compliance at Bedrock. Under the guidance of our legal team, we ensure all assignments adhere to FLSA, EEO, FMLA, DOL and 1099 guidelines. Bedrock are members to all major compliance sites, including ISNetworld, PICS and PEC. We enroll and cover the annual membership fee for our consultants to ensure no gaps in coverage.
Our local assignment support team guides consultants through the onboarding process, from paperwork to testing as well as training. The process is specified to each client and consultants are assigned a dedicated Contractor Liaison to support you through the entirety of the assignment. Our goal is to ensure a smooth start to your new role.
We are strategically located near all major US oil and gas shale plays so our team can provide on-the-ground support. We make the effort to visit our consultants in the field and host engagement events.
We ensure all of our consultants are covered under an A+ rated General Liability insurance and $1M worker’s compensation policy, specific to both the position and client. Our W2 contractors can enroll in a comprehensive Bedrock benefits package while Independent Consultants can work with an insurance broker to customize their own plans.
